He uses an
array of international ingredients to create some of the most innovative dishes
his clients have ever experienced, which has made him one of the sought after chefs for ladies night out events.
Chef Amadeus was raised in
Jacksonville, Florida. Beginning his culinary journey with his mother from
Philadelphia and grandmother from Puerto Rico gave him an incredible head start
in the kitchen.
His love of cooking deepened while serving in the United States
Navy. During his travels across the United States and abroad, Chef Amadeus
discovered a broad palette, which sparked him to create delectable fusion
recipes.
Chef continues his Southern
Passion Tour this January in his hometown of Jacksonville, FL. While
on his tour he will be promoting his line of salt free spices, working with non profits and working on his
upcoming cookbook.
